North Cleaning ATL Client Service Agreement

At North Cleaning ATL, our mission is to deliver exceptional cleaning services while building lasting relationships with our clients. To ensure a smooth and consistent experience, we’ve established guidelines that both our team and clients are expected to follow. These policies help us maintain high standards, ensuring satisfaction for every customer and providing stable employment for our staff. We kindly ask that you take a moment to review the following policies.

Estimates and Initial Consultation
We strive to provide accurate estimates based on the details you provide about your home. Please ensure that the information you provide is as precise as possible, including your name, phone number, address, home size, and the number of bedrooms and bathrooms. If our team assesses that more time is needed than initially estimated, we will notify you right away. Any additional charges will only be applied with your approval.

Preparing Your Home for Cleaning
To maximize the efficiency of our cleaning team, we kindly ask that you tidy up personal items and clear surfaces before our arrival. This preparation allows our team to focus on delivering a thorough cleaning without being delayed by organizing.

Optimal Cleaning Environment
We suggest scheduling your cleaning appointment for times when your home is less occupied, allowing our team to work uninterrupted. Please ensure all areas of your home are accessible during the scheduled time, and that water and electricity are available. Without these, we cannot guarantee the quality of our service, and complaints will not be accepted.

Special Requests
For any special cleaning requests or additional services, please contact our office directly rather than communicating with our cleaning technicians. This helps us schedule and allocate time effectively to meet your needs.

Appointment Timing
While we strive to meet exact appointment times, our arrival may vary within a designated window due to factors such as traffic and schedule adjustments. We guarantee that our team will arrive within the set time frame: between 8:00 AM and 9:00 AM for morning appointments, and between 11:00 AM and 2:00 PM for afternoon appointments.

Access to Your Home
For convenience, we recommend providing access through secure methods such as a keyless entry system or a lockbox. If you prefer to leave a key in a designated spot, we will only enter with your explicit permission.

Organization Fee and Additional Charges
If the cleaner arrives at the client’s location and finds that organization is needed before the cleaning can start, a minimum fee of $40 will be charged. If the organization takes more than one hour, an additional fee of $40 per hour will apply

Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy
We require at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment will incur a fee of 50% of the service cost. Same-day cancellations or lockouts will result in the full charge of the scheduled service.

Payment
Payment is due at the time of service. The first cleaning must be paid before our cleaners leave your home. We accept all major credit cards, and the card on file will be charged on the day of your appointment.

Gratuity
While tipping is not mandatory, it is greatly appreciated by our hardworking team. You may leave a cash tip clearly marked or add it to your credit card payment by contacting our office. Alternatively, gratuities can be sent directly to North Cleaning ATL, and they will be fully transferred to the cleaning team.

Recycling and Dishware
We encourage environmentally friendly practices and ask that recyclables be separated before our arrival. Our team will load your dishwasher if necessary; however, excessive dishware or hand washing requests may incur an additional fee.

Pet Safety
We love pets, but their safety and that of our team are paramount. Please secure your pets during cleaning to avoid any accidents or disruptions.

Carpet Shampooing
When requesting carpet shampooing, please note that we do not remove deep-set stains. Our service focuses on cleaning and refreshing the carpet, but some stubborn stains may require additional treatment. If you have specific concerns about stains, please let us know, and we can discuss further options.

Valuables and Fragile Items
We request that you handle any high-value or delicate items yourself. While our team is trained to be careful, we cannot assume responsibility for fragile or irreplaceable items.

Employee Safety
Our team follows strict safety guidelines, which include avoiding hazardous materials and areas beyond their reach (such as high ceilings). Your cooperation in maintaining a safe environment is greatly appreciated.

Damages
In the unlikely event of damage, we will inform you immediately and work together to resolve the issue. Please report any damages within 24 hours of the service.

Non-Solicitation
We invest in hiring and training our staff to provide the best service possible. We kindly ask that you do not solicit our employees for private work outside of our company. Violating this policy may result in a finder’s fee of $5,000.

Photography and Social Media
We may take photos of our work for quality control and promotional purposes. These images will not include personal items and will only be shared with your permission. If you prefer not to have photos taken, please inform our office before your appointment.

Quality Control
Your feedback is invaluable to us. We encourage you to share your experience through our surveys to help us maintain the high standards you expect.

Price Adjustments
While we strive to keep our rates consistent, price changes may occur. You will be notified in advance of any increases. If you resume service after a hiatus, you may receive a new rate.

Confidentiality
We respect your privacy and will not disclose any confidential information shared with us. Your feedback and reviews may be used for marketing purposes, but you may opt out at any time.

Satisfaction Guarantee
If you are not fully satisfied with our service, please notify us within 24 hours. We will return to re clean the area at no additional cost. While we do not offer refunds, we will work diligently to ensure your complete satisfaction.

Termination of Services

You may cancel recurring services at any time without a contract. However, cancellations within 48 hours of a scheduled appointment will incur a fee.

Additional Terms
Post-Construction or Remodeling: If our cleaners determine that the service required is post construction or post-remodeling, double the cost of a deep cleaning will be charged. Organization Fee: If the site needs to be organized before cleaning, an additional fee will be charged.

Trash Removal:
If there is a large amount of trash for removal, an additional fee will be charged (we are not a debris removal company).

Additional Cleaner:
If the client requests an additional cleaner, an extra charge of $50 per hour will apply for each additional cleaner.

Wall Cleaning:
Please note that we do not clean walls as part of any of our cleaning services.

Room/Service Changes:
The client must notify us in advance if they wish to add or remove a room or service from the cleaning.

Furniture and Appliances:
We do not move furniture or appliances to avoid floor scratches.
Carpet Shampooing: Please note that carpet shampooing does not remove deep stains. Inspection: The client must be present at the end of the cleaning to inspect the work; otherwise, no complaints will be accepted.

Legal Compliance:
This agreement will be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Georgia.
