North Cleaning ATL Client Service Agreement

At North Cleaning ATL, our mission is to deliver exceptional cleaning services while building lasting relationships with our clients. To ensure a smooth and consistent experience, we’ve established guidelines in our Terms and Conditions that both our team and clients are expected to follow. These policies help us maintain high standards, ensuring satisfaction for every customer and providing stable employment for our staff. We kindly ask that you take a moment to review the following policies.
Estimates and Initial Consultation
We strive to provide accurate estimates based on the details you provide about your home. Please ensure that the information you provide is as precise as possible, including your name, phone number, address, home size, and the number of bedrooms and bathrooms.
If our team assesses that more time is needed than initially estimated, we will notify you right away. Any additional charges will only be applied with your approval. If the home condition or size differs from what was disclosed at booking, the price may be adjusted.
Preparing Your Home for Cleaning
To maximize the efficiency of our cleaning team, we kindly ask that you tidy up personal items and clear surfaces before our arrival. This preparation allows our team to focus on delivering a thorough cleaning without being delayed by organizing.
Optimal Cleaning Environment
We suggest scheduling your cleaning appointment for times when your home is less occupied, allowing our team to work uninterrupted. Please ensure all areas of your home are accessible during the scheduled time, and that water and electricity are available. Without these, we cannot guarantee the quality of our service, and complaints will not be accepted.
Scheduling & Access
Appointment Timing
While we strive to meet exact appointment times, our arrival may vary within a designated window due to factors such as traffic and schedule adjustments. We guarantee arrival within these time frames:
- Morning: 8:00 AM — 9:00 AM
- Afternoon: 11:00 AM — 2:00 PM
Access to Your Home
For convenience, we recommend providing access through secure methods such as a keyless entry system or a lockbox. If you prefer to leave a key in a designated spot, we will only enter with your explicit permission.
The client agrees to provide access to the property at the scheduled time. Delays caused by the client may result in additional charges.
Fees & Payment Policies

| Organization Fee | If the home requires organizing before cleaning can begin (such as excessive clutter, items on surfaces, or disorganized areas), an organization fee will apply. This service is billed at a minimum of $40, with an additional $40 per hour after the first hour, subject to client approval. |
| Cancellation (< 24 hrs) | 50% of the service cost. |
| Same-Day / Lockout | Full charge of the scheduled service. |
| Missed Appointment (Skip Fee) | $35 added to the next cleaning. |
| Post-Construction | Double the cost of a deep cleaning. |
| Additional Cleaner | $50 per hour per additional cleaner. |
| Large Trash Removal | Additional fee applied (not a debris removal company). |
Payment
Payment is due at the time of service. The first cleaning must be paid before our cleaners leave your home. We accept all major credit cards, and the card on file will be charged on the day of your appointment.
Client agrees not to initiate a chargeback without first contacting North Cleaning ATL to resolve the matter. Client authorizes North Cleaning ATL to charge the credit card provided at any time before, during, or after the scheduled cleaning service.
Gratuity
While tipping is not mandatory, it is greatly appreciated by our hardworking team. You may leave a cash tip clearly marked or add it to your credit card payment by contacting our office. Alternatively, gratuities can be sent directly to North Cleaning ATL, and they will be fully transferred to the cleaning team.
Special Requests & Service Scope
Special Requests
Please contact our office directly for special requests rather than technicians. This ensures effective scheduling.
Recycling & Dishes
Recyclables should be separated before arrival. We can load the dishwasher, but excessive hand washing may incur fees.
Pet Safety
Please secure your pets during cleaning to avoid any accidents or disruptions. Their safety is paramount.
Carpet Shampooing
Carpet shampooing services are intended to clean and refresh carpets. However, we do not guarantee the removal of deep-set, permanent, or stubborn stains.
Results may vary depending on carpet condition, age, and type of stain.
Exclusions: We do not clean walls, move heavy furniture/appliances (to avoid scratches), or handle hazardous materials including animal feces, human blood, mold, or asbestos.
Safety, Liability & Quality
Satisfaction Guarantee
If you are not fully satisfied, please notify us within 24 hours. While we do not offer refunds, we will work diligently to re-clean areas within the original scope. Client must be present at the end of the cleaning to inspect the work; otherwise, no complaints will be accepted.
Damages & Liability
Liability is limited to the total amount paid for the specific service provided.
Valuables & Fragile Items
Clients are responsible for securing or removing high-value, fragile, or irreplaceable items prior to the cleaning appointment.
While our team exercises care, North Cleaning ATL is not liable for damage to items that are inherently fragile or improperly secured.
Right to Refuse Service
North Cleaning ATL reserves the right to refuse or discontinue service at any time if the home environment is deemed unsafe, unsanitary, or presents a health risk to our team. This includes, but is not limited to, the presence of hazardous materials, excessive clutter, pest infestations, animal or human waste, mold, biohazards, or any condition that may pose a risk to our staff.
In such cases, the full service fee may still apply.
Employee Safety
Our team follows strict safety protocols. For the protection of our staff, we do not clean areas or materials that may pose a health or safety risk, including but not limited to animal feces, human blood, bodily fluids, mold, asbestos, or other hazardous substances.
We reserve the right to skip or refuse any task that may compromise the safety of our team.
Quality Control & Team Assignment
While we strive to provide consistent, high-quality service, we do not guarantee the same cleaning technician for each visit. Our teams are trained to follow standardized procedures to ensure consistent results across all cleanings.
Your feedback is important to us and helps us maintain our quality standards.

Non-Solicitation
We ask that you do not solicit or hire our employees for private work during your service and for 24 months thereafter. Violations may result in a $5,000 finder’s fee per individual.
Photography & Social Media
We may take photos of our work for quality control. These will not include personal items and are only shared with your permission. You may opt out anytime.
Price Adjustments & Terms
Rates are subject to annual review. Recurring services may be canceled anytime without a contract, though a 48-hour notice is required to avoid fees.
Confidentiality
We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal information. Any information shared with North Cleaning ATL will be kept confidential and will not be disclosed to third parties without your consent, except as required by law.
Client feedback and reviews may be used for marketing purposes unless otherwise requested.
Service Expectations
Cleaning results may vary depending on the condition of the home, level of buildup, and time allocated for the service.
Our goal is to significantly improve the cleanliness and appearance of your home within the scheduled timeframe.
Legal Compliance
This agreement will be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Georgia.
The client agrees to provide access to the property at the scheduled time. Delays caused by the client may result in additional charges.
