What to expect from Post-Construction Cleaning
When a build or renovation is complete, the space usually needs a careful cleaning before it can be used. Fine drywall dust settles on every surface, adhesive and caulk residue sticks to new glass, paint specks land on the floors and labels remain on appliances. New quartz, tile and hardwood also need the right products and pads to avoid scratches or damage.
Our team cleans in stages. We start with leftover debris and heavy dust, move on to surfaces, fixtures and glass, and finish with a detailed pass and the floors. Products are chosen for the finishes in your space, and any items left behind by the trades are set aside and reported to you.

Leftover materials and heavy dust are removed before detailed cleaning begins, so finished surfaces stay clean.

Surfaces, fixtures and glass
We work through every room from top to bottom, including tracks, vents and hardware.

Floors and final walkthrough
Floors are cleaned last, followed by a walkthrough to catch any remaining residue before handover.

Once the trades have finished and materials have been removed from the space. For larger projects, a rough cleaning during the project and a final cleaning at the end usually give the best results.
Yes. Paint specks, adhesive, caulk residue and manufacturer labels on glass, hardware and appliances are all part of the service.
We ask what was installed so we can match products and pads to each surface. If we're unsure about a material, we test it in a small, hidden area first.
We can collect and bag light leftover debris. Larger haul-away is available as an add-on, so let us know the volume when you request a quote.
