Questions about pricing and booking
Use the quote form on this site or call (678) 557-6449. The form takes about a minute. Tell us about your property and the type of cleaning you need, and we will follow up with a price and available dates.
We accept credit and debit cards, and payments are processed securely through Square. Our Customer Guidelines explain the payment policy in full.
Tipping is never expected, but it is always appreciated. Some clients tip after each visit and others once a year. Tips can be added to your card payment, and 100% of every tip goes to the cleaning professionals who did the work.
Please give us at least 24 hours’ notice. For a Monday appointment, let us know by the Friday before. Changes made with less than 24 hours’ notice are charged at 50% of the booked service, and a same-day cancellation or lockout is charged in full. Recurring service can be stopped at any time with 48 hours’ notice, with no long-term contract.
